Return & Refund Policy
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations as long as the product has not yet been shipped or manufactured. If you cancel your order under these conditions, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us with your original order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send back your items.
Please ensure your items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Any opened items
- Tanks, Atomizers, and Pods that have been filled with e-liquid, used, or removed from their sealed packaging
- Vape kits that have been filled with e-liquid or used
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. We will process the refund for the original item as soon as we receive it.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after seven business days, please follow these steps:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vapeura.com.
Damages and Issues (Defective Products)
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us investigate with the manufacturer, please keep the original packaging, as it contains important product batch information.
