Warranty policy
All refillable vape devices (excluding disposables), batteries, tanks, and accessories
- Expected lifespan: 12 months
- Warranty: 6 months
- Serial number: The serial number required for warranty claims is printed on the outer packaging and any external sleeves—please retain these items.
Disposable vape devices and prefilled e-liquid pods
- Approximate shelf life: about one year
- Warranty: 3 months
- Puff count: The device packaging indicates the expected number of puffs. Please note that longer draws can significantly reduce the total puff count.
- Serial number: The serial number required to submit a warranty claim is located on the device or pod and on the outer packaging—please keep it.
General information
- Routine, use-related scratches and discoloration are not covered by the warranty, as they are considered normal wear and tear.
- The product warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes replacement if the product is determined to be defective or irreparably damaged.
- If the product is not found to be defective, we will return it to you.
- We reserve the right to decline a refund or request a return if we determine the product has been damaged.
E-Liquids
- Unfortunately, Vapeura does not offer a warranty for these products for health and safety reasons.
